convenient locationexcellent servicehelpful staff
i found the location convenient, close to major attractions. friendly staff provided excellent service with high service orientation. sumitra from housekeeping was particularly helpful and responsive.
the hot water pressure in the shower was slightly weak , but i understand this can vary.

the hotel provides a scheduled bus service to dubai mall and the metro station , a very practical amenity. the gym contains modern machines to perform different exercises , it is well maintained. i found the valet parking service to be prompt and efficient.

my two-bedroom apartment had ample space and comfort and a fully equipped kitchen. housekeeping was consistently thorough , providing fresh towels and amenities daily. the apartment included distinct living and dining areas , i could easily relax.

the front desk staff always greeted me warmly and efficiently handled my requests. i received assistance from various staff members , and they were always respectful. the executive lounge provided a pleasant environment , hnin and ajaya provided perfect service during social hour.
